Elles doivent \u00eatre absolument indispensables pour \u00e9tablir les faits invoqu\u00e9s et ne doivent pas porter une atteinte disproportionn\u00e9e aux droits des personnes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une affaire r\u00e9cente, un salari\u00e9 a produit un enregistrement de son employeur pour prouver une rupture de contrat discriminatoire.
